Computer Tuneup/Tweak

When you modify a certain piece of hardware for better performance, it is often referred to as "tweaking" it. Overclocking the computer's CPU or changing jumper settings on the motherboard are common examples of hardware tweaking. Removing system limitations and adding plug-ins or extensions to a computer's operating system are types of software tweaking.

Tweaking a computer is much like "tuning" a car (you know, the ones with the huge mufflers, big spoilers, and pimped out rims). It may increase performance, but is best left in the hands of the technically savvy. For example, overclocking your computer's processor may cause it to crash frequently, or worse yet, overheat and destroy the CPU. So, for most people, it is best to leave well enough alone.                                                          Source: http://www.techterms.com/definition/tweak

KDD Solutions offers the following Tune-up plans:

1. Basic computer tune-up. (40$)

2. Basic computer tuneup with software installation. (60$)

3. Advance computer tuneup. (90$)

Rogue Security Software AKA Fake anti virus

It is a form of computer malware that deceives or misleads users into paying for the fake or simulated removal of malware, or that installs other malware. Rogue security software, in recent years (2008–2010), has become a growing and serious security threat in desktop computing.

Some of the known rogue security software:
- Windows Tool
- Internet Defender 2011
- Malware Defender
- Microsoft Anti Malware
- Total Win 7 Security
- System Tool 2011
